How can I return an item from the online shop?
You can return unworn items to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt . To do so, simply open the returns portal and log in with your order number and email address : GO TO RETURNS PORTAL. Follow these steps to register your return:
  1. Select the items you wish to return and provide a reason .
  2. Choose your preferred return method : Generate a QR code and show it when you drop off the parcel at the drop-off
  3. point/post office OR print out the return label , attach it to the parcel and then take it to the drop-off point/post office .
Submit your return and don’t forget to ask for the receipt – Done !
How can I return an item from a Marc O'Polo store?

It is best to return items that you purchased in a Marc O'Polo  store there . 
With our  store finder you can easily find the nearest Marc O'Polo branch in your area.
How will my return be settled?

Invoice payment:
In the event of a return when paying by invoice, the overpaid amount will be credited to the original account within a few days.
Credit card:
When paying by credit card, the amount will be credited to your credit card account.
PayPal:
When using PayPal, the amount will be credited to your PayPal account.
Klarna:
When using Klarna, the amount will be credited to your Klarna account.
In the event of a return or complaint after delivery, you can use the "Report a problem" option with Klarna to pause the payment and avoid reminders.
Cash on delivery:
When paying cash on delivery, send an email to our customer service after the return, stating the circumstances, the invoice number, and your bank details. The overpaid amount will be transferred to your account.
Gift voucher:
When paying with a gift voucher, the refund will be made to the voucher.
Are complaints accepted?

At Marc O'Polo, quality, flawless craftsmanship, and attention to detail are paramount. While our standards are generally high, occasionally items may not meet these standards. We apologize for such cases and offer you the opportunity to file a complaint.
Simply contact our customer service at support@helpall0rder.com , provide your order number, and briefly describe the defect.
For items purchased from Marc O'Polo stores, you can submit a complaint at any of our brick-and-mortar stores. Use our store finder to find your nearest Marc O'Polo store.
How is a complaint settled?

As soon as your complaint is accepted by our customer service , a full refund will be made to your account.
If you have not yet included your bank details (IBAN, BIC, bank name, and name) in your complaint, you can simply send them to us by email .
Can I return an item from the online shop to a store?

You can return items ordered from our online shop to a participating Marc O'Polo store . From there, your package will be sent directly back to our online warehouse. The amount will then be refunded to you by our online shop.
You can find an overview of our branches here .
An exchange or payout in the store is not possible.
How does an exchange work?

An automatic exchange of an item is currently not possible . If you would like a different version of an item you received, you will need to reorder it. You can easily request the return documents for the unsuitable item via our returns portal.
To do so, please follow the instructions under the question above: "How can I return an item from the online shop?"
How can I see the status of the return?

A return usually takes up to 5 working days.
You will receive an email notification upon receipt.
In case of unusual delays, please track your shipment using the tracking number or contact our customer service.
Can I have an item repaired or cleaned?

If you have any questions about cleaning or repairing your purchased item, we are happy to help.
Please note, however, that we do not offer our own repair or cleaning services.
Are there spare parts?

For spare parts , please contact our customer service.
We cannot guarantee that the requested part will always be available, but we will endeavor to offer you a suitable replacement.
Can I return swimwear?

Yes, provided the sanitary pads and tags have not been removed.
However, it is recommended that you always try on swimwear over your own underwear.
Can fragrances and hand care products be returned?

Unisex eau de parfum, room fragrance, and hand care products can only be returned unopened .
What can I do if I have trouble logging into the returns portal?
Please check if:
  • The correct order number and email address have been entered
  • The order number and email address have been entered in the appropriate field
  • The return period has already expired
What can I do if the return period has already expired?

Please note that the return period is 30 days from receipt of the goods . Unfortunately, returns are not possible after this date .
How do I return an order if it was shipped in multiple packages?

If you have received multiple packages with the same order number , you can use the returns portal for that order number multiple times in a row . Please register each package for return separately.
However, if you received multiple packages with different order numbers , please return each package separately . This is the only way we can process your return correctly.
How do I get a second return label?

You can use the returns portal multiple times if you want to return several packages.
Please note: Register each package one at a time and individually to receive a separate label for each one .


Delivery & Shipping

Where do I enter the shipping address?

When ordering, enter your desired shipping address under " Delivery Address ." For a different billing address, use the " Different Billing Address " step. Choose from saved addresses or add a new one.
As a member of Marc O'Polo MEMBERS, you also benefit from free in-store pickup (Click&Collect).
If you are unable to complete your order because the address you provided is unknown , our customer service team is available to help you.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation and delivery status for my goods?

You'll receive an email with the good news that your package is on its way, including the tracking number . This number allows you to check the delivery status at any time on the shipping provider's website.
For Marc O'Polo members who use Click&Collect or Reserve&Collect , there will be a pickup notice as soon as the parcel arrives at the store.
You can also view the status of your order in your customer account . Log in to the online shop, go to "Orders," and click on "Track Shipment ." There, you'll find all relevant information as soon as the package has been handed over to the shipping service provider.
Which shipping providers are available and how long do the delivery times take?

Within Germany, we recommend the reliable services of Deutsche Post: DHL Go Green or DHL Express. If you prefer Hermes , this option is also available.
You make your selection when completing your order under "Delivery with":
DHL GoGreen (climate-neutral shipping): Delivery time approx. 2-3 working days
Hermes: Delivery time approx. 2-3 working days
DHL Express: Delivery time approx. 1-2 business days (orders from Monday to Thursday before 12 noon)
How much are the shipping costs?
Orders over 60€ are free of delivery, orders under 60€ are subject to a courier fee of 5.99€.
  • Returns are free of charge .
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if you return the entire shipment .
  • Unfortunately, this is not possible in the case of a partial return .
What should I do if I received an incorrect/defective/dirty item or a damaged/incomplete/unordered delivery?

Please report incorrectly delivered, defective, or dirty items in the returns portal , stating the reason for the return. Please note that there is no automatic exchange. You will need to reorder the item. In the case of damaged or incomplete deliveries, please take photos as proof and check the delivery for completeness. If any items are missing from your order, please contact our customer service.
For unrequested deliveries: Please do not accept the package. If you have already accepted it, please return it with a note inside the package.
My package was not delivered

Your order will usually be delivered to the specified address within 2-4 business days . If you are still waiting for your package after 4 days , please check the following:
Check the shipment status using the tracking number sent to you via email or available in your online shop account. Log in and click " Track Shipment" in the "Orders" section .
  • Make sure the delivery address provided is correct.
  • Check to see if a neighbor has accepted the delivery.
  • Check whether the package has been left at the nearest post office .
  • If you still don't know where your package is, please contact our customer service.
How do I change my delivery address?

Please note that you can only change the delivery address before placing your order.
Once you have clicked the “ Order now ” button during the ordering process , we are unfortunately no longer able to change the delivery address.
To change the address stored in your customer account , please contact our customer service.
Is there a pickup service for returns?

Marc O'Polo does not currently offer a returns or complaint collection service .
If necessary, you can request this directly from the shipping provider.
Please note that this may incur additional costs , which we will not cover.
What can I do if the system doesn't recognize my address?

If the address you entered is correct, simply continue . It may happen, for example, that new residential areas have not yet been integrated into the system, but even in these cases, ordering will still work without any problems .
Can someone else pick up my Click & Collect order for me?

Yes, you can authorize another person to pick up your Click & Collect order. Simply fill out the authorization form and bring it with you to the MARC O'POLO store.

Our search term input field is located in the top right corner next to the product navigation. Using our filter, you can search using the following terms, for example:

What is the availability of goods?

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not guarantee a reservation . If you order directly , the item is usually 99% available. However, if there are delays , it may be sold out .
Our customer service will inform you by email about unavailability.
Check store stocks with our store finder .
We'll notify you by email when it's back in stock. Click on the size you want, select "Notify me," and enter your email address.
Why can't I complete my order?

In rare cases, an order cannot be completed due to an unknown address . Our customer service will assist you. Until then, other secure payment methods are available besides invoice.
Will I receive an order confirmation?

After completing your order, you will receive a detailed confirmation email with all relevant information.
Can I cancel an order I've already placed?

Orders cannot be canceled .
We'll process your order immediately to ship your items quickly. If you change your mind, you can easily return the goods.
Can I combine multiple orders?

Orders cannot be combined after purchase because the first one is already being processed in the warehouse.
We will ship them individually as quickly as possible.
How can I place an order from abroad?

You can change the country in the bottom right corner of the footer of our online shop. Select the appropriate online shop for your shipping address.
Caution: Changing the country may change your shopping cart. Please check it after the change.

Our fragrances and hand care essentials are dermatologically tested and have been deemed safe .
The unisex eaux de parfum and the room fragrance are Clean-certified with 100% ingredient transparency.
Vegan & cruelty-free, no parabens, no phthalates, no formaldehyde, no known carcinogens or hormone disruptors.
Hand cream and hand soap are Natrue-certified with natural ingredients.
Also vegan & free from animal testing and contain only natural, near-natural and nature-identical substances.
No ingredients derived from petrochemicals (paraffin, PEG, propylene, alkyl, etc.), no silicone oils or their derivatives, no genetically modified ingredients, no synthetic fragrances.

Available payment methods vary by country. You can find the specific payment options for your country in the bottom left corner of our online shop.
Where can I find my invoice?

For sustainability reasons, we will no longer issue paper invoices . This means that from now on, you will only receive your invoice via email . We will send it to the email address you used to place your order.
To ensure that you actually receive the invoice, please enter the email address: support@helpall0rder.com in your address book and add it to your contact list.
You can also view your invoice at any time in your customer account . To access it, log in to the online shop and click "View Order" in the Orders section .
When do I have to pay for my order?

The payment deadline depends on the chosen payment method:

Why can't I pay by invoice?

It may be that purchasing on account is not possible for you . One possible reason for this is that Marc O'Polo has checked your creditworthiness for the purchase on account option . You have agreed to this credit check. We don't want to take any risks and want to ensure that the invoice is paid.
You are welcome to use alternative payment methods such as Klarna, PayPal or credit card.
How can I pay with Klarna?

If you choose Klarna invoice , you pay 30 days after shipment.
At the end of the order process, we'll redirect you to Klarna. Confirm your payment there using your details. Returns will be credited to your Klarna account. You can find more information about Klarna here .
Why does my Klarna account balance still show an outstanding amount (authorization) despite a cancellation by Marc O'Polo?
Payment authorization duration: It is correct that Klarna's payment authorization only expires after 90 days , even if the order has been fully canceled. This means that the reserved amount will be released from your account after this time. This is a setting predefined by Klarna.
In the event of a full cancellation after confirmation of cancellation by Marc O'Polo, no reminder fees may be charged by Klarna.
How can I pay by credit card?

We accept Visa , MasterCard and American Express .
After clicking on "Order now and pay," you will be securely redirected to the payment process.
Have your credit card number, expiration date , and security code ready (transmission via SSL connection and 3D Secure procedure).
How can I pay with PayPal?

For PayPal payments, you will be redirected to the end of the order process where you can log in with your details and confirm the payment .
Returns will be credited to your PayPal account.
Why does my PayPal account balance still show an outstanding amount (authorization) despite a cancellation by Marc O'Polo?

Why can't I pay cash on delivery anymore?

We currently no longer offer cash on delivery as a payment method. We have decided to deactivate cash on delivery as a payment method because this payment method involves higher processing costs and organizational effort – both for us as a retailer and for our customers. Of course, numerous convenient and secure payment methods are still available, such as PayPal, credit card, and purchase on account (via Klarna or us). Thank you for your understanding!
Will I receive a payment confirmation?

Successfully received payments will receive a confirmation email .

What should I do if I receive a payment reminder?

When purchasing on account:

If you've already paid, it may take up to five business days for us to receive your payment. In that case, you can ignore the reminder.
The payment reference (customer number + invoice number) must be entered in the payment reference field. If you forget this and no longer have an invoice, our customer service will be happy to help you, or you can check your customer account under "View order."
When multiple transfers occur, amounts often cannot be allocated to the respective invoices. Please contact our customer service for assistance.
If you return an item, it may take up to 10 working days for the refund to be credited.
If you still have an outstanding invoice , you can easily transfer it to the following account using your payment reference:

What happens if credit card fraud occurs?

Your data is protected by SSL technology. In the event of credit card fraud, file a dispute with the credit card company – costs are usually reimbursed .
Can I pay for my Click & Collect order in store?

When using Click & Collect, the purchase is made between you and the online shop. For technical reasons, payment in-store is currently not possible . In the event of a return, the refund will always be processed using the same method used to pay.
How do I pay with Google Pay?

Google Pay is available as a payment method for iOS and Android devices and can be selected during the payment selection process at the end of the ordering process.

How important is sustainability to Marc O'Polo?

Sustainability is deeply rooted in the Marc O'Polo DNA. We have been publishing regular sustainability reports since 2008.
Our strategy with ten pathways defines clear goals, including offering only sustainable products by 2023.
What certifications does Marc O'Polo have?

Marc O'Polo uses natural fibers from controlled organic farming in its collections .
Many of our products made with organically sourced fibers are certified according to the well-known textile standards Organic Content Standard ( OCS ) or Global Organic Textile Standards ( GOTS ). We also offer Responsible Wool Standard ( RWS ) certified products.
All certified products are marked with the respective seal on the care label and on the product page in the Marc O'Polo online shop.
Which sustainable materials does Marc O'Polo use?

When selecting materials, care is taken to ensure that they are better than conventional options and have less impact on people, animals and nature .
Many of our products are certified according to internationally recognized standards, which is indicated by a corresponding seal on the care label.
In which countries does Marc O'Polo produce?

Marc O'Polo manufactures its products both in the EU and in third countries , with our suppliers mainly located in China, India, and Turkey.
The country of manufacture is indicated on the product's care label. We maintain long-standing and close partnerships with most of our suppliers.
Under what working conditions are Marc O'Polo products produced?

An essential part of the Marc O'Polo sustainability strategy is the production of our products under humane working conditions .
Marc O'Polo has been a member of the Fair Wear Foundation (FWF) since 2020. As part of the initiative's annual review – the so-called Brand Performance Check – Marc O'Polo's purchasing practices are evaluated and published, among other things.
Marc O'Polo has been a member of amfori – Trade with Purpose – since 2009. Mandatory social standards have been defined within this framework. To monitor compliance with the amfori BSCI Code of Conduct and to develop improvements with suppliers as part of the FWF membership, audits are conducted in production facilities (primarily in high-risk countries). In addition, the FWF offers training programs in the factories and a grievance mechanism for workers.
Does Marc O'Polo use organic cotton?

The cotton used by Marc O'Polo comes mostly from controlled organic farming .
The care label and the respective product page provide information about whether a Marc O'Polo product is certified according to the OCS (Organic Content Standard) or the GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) .
Are the down and feathers used in a Marc O'Polo product tested?

The down and feathers used by Marc O'Polo are either certified according to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) or come from certified, recycled sources as an alternative to newly obtained down and feathers.
Marc O'Polo products with recycled down and feathers are certified according to the Recycled Claim Standard (RCS ).
The standard to which a down product is certified is indicated by the corresponding seal on the care label.
Is the leather used for a Marc O'Polo product sustainable?

Marc O'Polo, a member of the Leather Working Group (LWG) , primarily uses leather from LWG-certified tanneries . Products made with this leather are labeled accordingly.
Does Marc O'Polo use real fur?

Marc O'Polo is a FUR FREE RETAILER and has committed to eliminating fur through the FUR FREE Alliance .
What is Marc O'Polo's stance on the material Cupro?

Cupro is used primarily in the women's collection at Marc O'Polo . The production of the fiber is now very transparent , especially since there is only one manufacturer in Japan.
Cupro is made from recycled cotton linters, a waste product from cotton oil production. In closed-loop systems, the chemicals required for fiber production are extracted and fully reused .
Does Marc O'Polo offer vegan products?

Marc O'Polo draws on over 50 years of experience with natural materials , thus shaping our brand culture.
We do not currently offer any products labeled as vegan , but we do offer accessories such as bags and belts made from vegetable-tanned leather.
We are open to material innovations and test them for quality, sustainability, and compatibility with our philosophy.
Does Marc O'Polo use sustainable packaging?

Marc O'Polo is increasingly using certified paper and cardboard , as well as recyclable film, as packaging materials. We are also currently exploring various solutions.
A major challenge is taking into account the diverse requirements in the extensive supply chain and protecting the product during transport.
Are the goods at Marc O'Polo transported by air or sea freight?

Marc O'Polo aims to avoid air freight as much as possible . Today, the share of sea freight already far exceeds that of air freight, which is currently only used in exceptional cases. By avoiding air freight, emissions can be further reduced.
What sustainable measures does Marc O'Polo take in the corporate area?

Which products does Marc O'Polo label as sustainable?

Marc O´Polo labels products of the brands Casual and DENIM as sustainable if:
essential fibers in clothing consist of at least 80% sustainable material
For shoes, at least one material requiring labelling is at least 80% sustainable
for accessories, the main material is at least 80% sustainable
How do I know if an item in the online shop is also a DfC product?

Our DfC products are marked with the "DESIGNED FOR CIRCULARITY" label in our online shop and can be found in the corresponding category.
Who checks whether a DfC product is also recyclable?

The development of our DfC products follows the Circular Design Criteria of circular.fashion .
These criteria, developed by a leading expert in circular textiles, emphasize durability, recycling compatibility, and take into account material composition, processing, trims, and prints.
Where can I return a purchased DfC product from Marc O'Polo so that it can be recycled?

With DfC products, we've taken the first step toward a circular economy. To close the loop, we're evaluating high-quality take-back systems and working to determine the optimal timing and implementation.

What is Orange Fiber?

Orange Fiber is a revolutionary cellulose fiber made from wood and waste products from citrus juice production (keyword: "Waste Management"), which, among other things, is obtained from byproducts of citrus juice production in Sicily, reducing the need for new raw materials. Where can I find information about where an item is produced?

The exact country of origin of a garment is indicated on the care label inside the product.

Where can I find the SAIZ size guide?

SAIZ is a tool that allows you to find the right clothing size for each product category . This size will then be suggested
to you on the product page . Click " Find your size" above the size selection , and the SAIZ window will open.
How does SAIZ work?

SAIZ uses your information to calculate precise measurements and compares them with exact item measurements.
Once registered, you will receive the recommended size directly on the product pages.
Why doesn't SAIZ sometimes appear?

The size guide requires the acceptance of personalization cookies.
Some items, such as accessories or Marc O'Polo Junior products, are excluded from the size guide.
Do I have to re-enter my information every time I shop if I want to use the SAIZ size guide?

How can I collect Membership bonus points?

With every purchase in one of our participating stores and in the online shop you collect Memberry bonus points .
For every euro of the purchase price, you will receive half (½) a Membershipry bonus point in participating factory outlets and one full (1) Membershipry bonus point in other participating stores .
How can I benefit from my collected Membership bonus points?

For your collected Membership bonus points, you will receive a bonus voucher twice a year, at the beginning of March and the beginning of September . To create the voucher, there is a points freeze one month before, on February 1st and August 1st, and the points are reset. After that, you will collect points for the next mailing.

Please note that it may take up to 10 days for the points to be credited to your customer account . Returns will be deducted from the returned points value .

Alternatively, you have the option of adapting your newsletter settings to your personal interests .

How do I receive my bonus voucher?

You will receive the bonus voucher either by email or by post , depending on the notification settings you have made in your account.
How do I get my welcome package?

You can choose whether you would like to receive the welcome package immediately by email, including a digital customer card and welcome voucher, or by post as a paper welcome package, including a Bio PVC customer card and welcome voucher.
Can I redeem my welcome voucher immediately?

The voucher is saved to your profile immediately after registration . It can be viewed and redeemed in your customer account and is also available in the e-shop. 
When is the next Members Sale?

The Members Sale takes place twice a year . In the spring ( May and June) , and in the fall ( October and November), members can look forward to exclusive discounts before anyone else . How do I change the email address stored in my customer account?

You can easily change your email address in your customer account . Log in to your account. You can change your email address in the "Personal Information" section. Don't forget to save your changes.
